It's been over a month, since my last anything on my blog. >.<

Otakuthon happened 2 weekends ago and it was a crazy 3 days. I performed "Sousei no Aquarion" at Opening Ceremonies as part of the duo BuriKuri. It was a lot of fun and I heard that Halko Momoi and her manager were really into the performance. *excited blush*

On Saturday, my wonderful trio, Urichu, performed an awesome rendition of Cutie Honey at J-Music in Motion. Earlier that day, they gave me a thank-you card and I was immediately in tears. They are 3 amazing girls and they are definitely going to bring the big bang, just you wait and see. I can't wait to work with them for next year's show.

Shoujo Manga of the Month: Tokyo Crazy Paradise

In the past couple of days, I read from start to finish the manga "Tokyo Crazy Paradise". Overall, I give it a 4.8/5. Sounds that I made while reading it: Dum dum dum!!

Hey hey~

I've finally recorded myself doing a Perfume song. Yay! It's about time. ^_^" This is not the first Perfume dance I've done, but it's the only one I've recorded myself.
I did "Love the World" for Otakuthon Idol 2009 with the dance and everything. However that year, the mic was not wireless, so it was extremely difficult to perform it and hence I didn't make it in.
I learned "Dream Fighter" in reverse in order to coach Urichu the dance. Maybe I'll get around to recording myself doing those 2 songs in the future.

For this dance, I've recorded myself doing it over 30 times. Last weekend, I did it 20 times, but when I looked at all the footage, I seemed to be off and nothing looked good. So I then spent all of this week refining and adding in as much detail as possible. It's not Perfume-perfect, but I think I did a really good job on it. ;D Enjoy.



***There is an alternate outfit version that I did. It was initially my outfit of choice, but then I thought about trying on a different outfit to see which one would be better and the second one (which you see in the video) was obviously better. XD

Ichigo Channel~

Hey~ :D

It's been awhile since I've read manga, so I decided to read all of a shoujo manga that I haven't finished reading before called "Ichigo Channel".

The first time I read it (many many years ago ^_^"), I was only around chapter 11. This time, I read from chapter 1 to 49 in a few hours. It was really good, but I'm only going to give it 4 stars out of 5.

Hey everyone!

I've finally done a new video after all these months. >.< It's my first Momusu cover and I hope to do more covers from other H!P groups. Enjoy!

What I uploaded was my 10th and last take. I had only done the dance completely 3 times before and the rest of the time, I messed up somewhere in the middle.

As you can tell from the pic, I was so sweaty from doing this dance so many times that I had to get a towel to wipe myself off. ^_^"

Video Games Live!

Last Saturday (April 30th), I went to Video Games Live! This is the 2nd time they've come to Montreal after about 2-3 years. Tommy Tallarico said: "What took us so long to come back here?!" (that's what everyone's thinking). He also mentions that "in every interview about VGL, I say that Montreal is the loudest crowd in North America". Tommy knows how to make us feel special. :3

This is my 2nd time going to VGL and it was in a much larger venue this time. I was on the ground floor in row L near the middle of my row. Despite being the 12th row from the front, I had a great view and enjoyed the show a lot.

The first time they came to Montreal, Tommy was on stage in a cardboard box (MGS anyone?). This time, he just walked out on stage with his awesome guitar. They started out with the old school games medley. My favourite part is the bleeps and bloops of Pong. XD Tommy also mentions that the orchestra playing was Medici McGill. I felt so special because I go to McGill and I've heard them play before (well, in the medical building's cafeteria while I was busy writing a midterm in the auditorium next door ^_^"). Tommy also mentioned that the choir was a bunch of "local" people. I'm local! *pout*
